At Just Pink Vault, we understand that when you fall in love with a fragrance or accessory, you want it as soon as possible. That’s why we process and ship all orders within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Method: All parcels are sent via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Packaging: Each order is securely packed to protect your perfume bottles and accessories during transit.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of Rs. 250 applies.

  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code so you can follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Just Pink Vault. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 3-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For perfumes, the seal must remain intact.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

  • Process:

    1. Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the product.

    3. Once inspected, we will issue a replacement or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used perfumes, intimate wear, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
